Also, the colors are very bright and the distant shot looks like a mosaic. Maybe if you could draw the white lines between the rooms, and some black brushing at the upper-left walls for the shadows, could be more realistic. The blue color for the corridors is a bad choice… But I have to say that some of the rooms are similar or maybe better than the original.

I have digged all the corridors to make some walls... It is really better, more realistic. I have also bought black paint to repaint the corridor in grey... Thanks to you, my boardgame looks really good now !

The boardgame is made in expanded polystyrene. It takes me around 3 days to finish it. The thing that takes a lot of time, is painting. Now, I will attack the most funny thing to do : finition ! I will paste some shields and torch on the corridor's walls, put skeletton, body corpse, rats, skulls, blood, broken/rusty weapons on the floor...etc to make the dungeon more alive.

Everybody can make a board like that. Just buy some expanded polystyrene for 4 euros, one box of paint, and just do it ! 3 days is not very much for years and years of happiness !

How will you handle doors, now that the corridors have been lowered?

Now it’s a lot better, only the one room with the yellow squares and the brown triangles looks not good. I think that if you fixed that you are done. Gratz anyway.

For the doors I think you have to waste one square to place them, except if the scale is larger than the original or you have something else in your mind.

With all the work he has already done I wouldn't put it past him to make new doors that work with his lower hall/higher room areas, and then use the regular doors (or make new doors here as well) for the room to room doors.
