I believe it's a plastic Warhammer wood elf archer, to which I have just added a shield. The shield art is based on images of the Green Man from mythology and folklore.

I'm thinking Move 7, Attack 4, Defence 4, Body 1, Mind 1; and they will directly replace chaos warriors or Fimirs, in some rooms in some quests. If anybody could tell me who made these model I'd be very grateful.

Your Orcs and Ranger/Elf come from "Warhammer Fantasy Regiments Boxed Set" one of the first sets of plastic figures released by Citadel.
It featured a sprue with 6 bodies (Elf, Dark Elf, Orc, Goblin, Dwarf and Skaven) and 12 heads (2 for each race) that you could assemble to create your models.
Pancho, I've seen in your blog you have a pic with all the monsters and villains painted, featuring the Witch Lord too.
Can you post a pic of your Witch Lord? I've never seen one painted yet!
