Since there has been talk about organizing the Roberto de Moraes Quests together, I thought I'd suggest removing Zargon and substituting Lengrati the Sleep Wizard as the one who awakens the slumbering creature. Lengrati as a single villain in common provides a bridge between the two sleep-themed Quests while distancing Zargon suits him better as a behind-the-scene manipulator of events.

I agree with your suggestion Daedalus. Makes a lot of sense to me for the reasons you mentioned, it also adds a bit more prestige to the Sleep-Sorcerer and fleshes out an interesting villain.

2) what about this figure to represent the creature? (35 mm tall from feet to head, without base)

going to rebalancing both storyline and
gameplay mechanics.
For the final pdf, do you have the source files
somewhere downloadable? Putting them in a
different format from forum thread is the first
and the biggest step towards pdf-ication.

Okay, just having a solo play through of this, and on quest 2 I've hit a brick wall, literally! I cannot see a way to get to the Axe. Is it just me, or is this a dead end? If so, I propose putting a secret door at the back of the bottom left room with the Fimir and the chest?

There is a further problem with this quest. There is no chest in room C? I like the loss of an artifact, and an evil sorcerer's table would be a good source to cause this. Therefore I am going to change the wording to the following:

C - If a Hero searches for treasure in this room, tell them that they find a magical tome on the sorcerer's table and do they wish to read it? If a Hero reads the tome they will lose one magical artifact they are carrying. Zargon chooses the item to be lost, but may not choose the Chaotic Sword or the Axe of Destruction.

Yes, you're right. I would even propose the secret door at the same place.
I as morcar would also remove the death trap in the lower left corner; by placing a secret door in north of the Gargoyle.
