Decided to separate the potions from the equipment as they are consumed not equipped. So designed a card back specifically for potions.

Very nice Pheonix. I'm amazed by the flurry of activity and all the stuff you've produced in such a short period. Did you drink some Heroic Brew recently?

by the way If you go on the UK version of the main website there are separate decks for potions, as well as spell scrolls, Skaven spells etc, which I don't think are in the Canadian version. Could be useful to you; http://english.yeoldeinn.com/cards.php

I am a graphic designer by trade so its pretty easy for me to fly through all this stuff. Plus I want to get all the cards done in one print run. For now I am just sticking with the base set and expansions. 3 main runs. Quest books, cards and tiles. Tiles will be quite tricky as they seem to be 7/8th of an inch where most places online that do tiles strick with .5in, .75 in, I in increments for their chits. So I am going to be forced to do them locally here and exacto them out myself.

Noticing Monsters in the quest books whom dont match any of the monster cards. Creating the monster cards they never made.

Monster Cards are for "generic" monsters that are used in multiple Quests. One-off characters do not need them.

Because you'll never see them again, they will be dead. That's why it just gives the special character's stats in the Quest notes.

Oh so the players technically should be unaware of the monsters stats then? Or does the host have to tell the player the stats so the players can strategize how they will approach the monster?

Interesting question. The rules in NA say to give the players the monster cards. I would say this means to tell them the stats for special characters too.

However, I don't give them the monster card until they have killed one of the monsters. Adds a touch of suspense in new quests or quest packs.

Yes, definitely. I never reveal the stats of a new monster/boss until they discover them in combat.
