[6th] The Ultra-Epic 2017 Christmas Exchange

[Thor-in]

Who did the draw last year? That person might have an old list of who's given to who.

Well that's not such a big deal actually. Whoever does the draw, the participants will send him their addresses, along with the persons they have received a miniature from. So he'll sort that out.

This might sound a little foolish but I’m willing to put the time in to help. I could go through all of the previous Christmas Exchanges and make a list of who’s given to who (as long as they have posted what they received) and give it to whom ever you choose to make the draw. This should help with the drawing process this year if your worried about participants receiving from the same person again.

Well I know I wouldn't mind having half the job done for me haha!
If it's not too much trouble for you Thor-in, go right ahead and make a list. I have only participated once before and received a mini from Spiky.

I'm so excited! Ideas are pouring out of me like memories from a pensieve!

[Thor-in]

Just sent Geofonos the list, now we wait.

[lestodante]

You can also split the list in 2 and let another user to handle the second part so that Geofonos will not know who will send the gift to him.

True but I’m not the one that is doing the draw this year. The list I sent him was everyone who has already received a miniature in a previous exchange. That way no one will end up with the same person again. If he wants me to do the draw I will but I think Spiky was willing to do it again this year.

[Geofonos]

Well, I've sent Spiky a message regarding if he wants to do the draw but he has yet to open his mail and reply to me - too much work or family or whatnot I guess. So...

Because its October already, I will be the one who does the draw and fixes the senders and receivers. Not too much hustle anyway, I just want to get the job done and start painting already
I would like to give a very special thanks to Thor-in for sending me list of who has received a miniature from whom so I can do the pairs without having any "old couples".
I will be sending a mail soon to all participants asking for their full address. Please, don't forget to check your mailbox and reply to me

[Geofonos]

It appears that member "whitebeard" has his private messages blocked for some reason so I cannot inform him about him sending the address over - or letting him know who he will be sending to in the future.
Can someone supply a solution for this? Maybe someone knows the fella through facebook or something...dunno what to do really.

[Thor-in]

In the words of the Joker....
