Interesting people like this so much. I'm doing the exact opposite, making sure every shirt/weapon combination only appear once! S'all good man

Interestingly, I had discussed this exact topic with my wife. Should I paint four different colored shirts with one of each weapon type per color? (i.e. red hatchet, red scimitar, red short sword, blue hatchet...) Or three different colored shirts with each weapon type wearing the same shirt. I BLAME HER!!!
The downside was coming up with another shirt color. When I move on to the dreaded 16 orcs, I'm going to need four different colors to continue this theme, and I am hoping to not do red, yellow or blue. I'm thinking black for the two notched scimitars, brown for the standard scimitars, purple for the morningstars, and off-white for the cleavers (like evil butchers).
The worst part was trying to think of some way to shake up the skeletons. 3 done, working on 4th now, but how do you paint skeletons differently??? (not planning on doing any mods, so thinking only of paint.
