Give her a Spear-holding variant and she's clearly Queen Boudica... Heh.

The latest in this project is looking good Thantos.

you should make a dark warrior version of her. Like what she would look like if she sold out to the EW.
So it is said that if you know your enemies and know yourself, you can win a hundred battles without a single loss.
If you only know yourself, but not your opponent, you may win or may lose.
If you know neither yourself nor your enemy, you will always endanger yourself.

Cool idea, with a chaos helmet etc. Going to plan upgrades and conversion sets for them. Will be splitting them so each sections in modular and can be swapped. A horned EW helmet would be an cool addition
(barbarin's skull armor= separate. Weapon Options, Helmet Options)
Lady Barbarian is 95% there, a few tweaks left

Lady Dwarf is WIP, needs details and posing.

I'm of the oppinion the dwarf lady needs to be "broader". I've always imagined dwarves as being broadly built.

Otherwise, fantashtic stuff.

I agree with Slev about the broad dwarf, but I would restrict the added width to the hips and leg areas.
Both of these scream "Paint me!" because of the detail work like all the different armor plates.
There's quite some stuff to attempt there, for beginners and advanced painters alike.
Very interesting from my painter's perspective.
