Oops I've seen that I didn't update the mind points and the special rules of the Ogre.
OK.
Today evening.

Sotiris, if you take ten gold out of the pouch of the Dwarf you can buy the shield without selling the Broadsword. Then the Elf can have the Broadsword.
Rumseeker can use the shield only if he didn't attack, right? I guess I have to update his special rule, too.

I was so frank to do it for you - so Ogre has one dagger less but Elf has one Broadsword more.

1. 50% chance on Pirate's potion skill
2. that Ogre may pass through heroes and heroes through him.

ok, so i remove the Ogre's "pass through" rule, as it is exactly standard there is no rule needed. :) I also changed Rumseeker's rule.
Now it should be all fine.

You enter the building by the main entrance. It is a small house, cowering against the wall of the city, tightly fitted between two other buildings. If you didn't knew this position was so expensive between all the other merchant's buildings, you'd say you don't want to live here. The entrance hall is brightly illuminated by a window next to the door.
