Apparently pShawww's power is to annoy all the creatures in earshot into relentlessly attacking him with his unstoppable chatter:

My Beautiful grand-daughter & her current (at that time), boyfriend called in there once, unawares of the implications. She looks like Bridget Fonda, in the film Jackie Brown, a real classic, (the film). Don't know what the inmates made of her, but she told me they sure liked the boyfriend.

i know this is late, i have been swamped recently.....
this is the first HQ quest i have done for years, after reading yr post it seemed like you guys are of a decent level so i may have made it a bit tough but fairly straight forward!
