What is the best material to use for sculpting? Do you cast them when finished?

Well I found there is several stuff to use on the market, the industry standard seems to be green stuff (kneadite) 2 part apoxy, and after using things like miliput and super sculpy I can see why!
I can cast them, I have plenty of rubber for the molds and resin for the casts, I am not the best at mold making, I am still learning that trick!

I took Ampersands advice, althougghh be it a few months after he gave it, and am aiming to sculpt 5 new faces each day, first 7 days done!

Ooooo, that reminds me I have finished the A-Z quite a while ago in fact! Need to take the pictures of the, and post them up. I do think you can see the improvements and progress made through out them, quite scary actually.

Wow! I wish I had your combination of dedication and time! Make a smiling orc head, will you? The 80's Orcs were smiling so it's in the style of the time. And I want to see it.

I can only do bits here and there where I can and when I can!

I will try and sculpt a new style and old style smiley orc just for you Anderas
