Just adding the crossbow cards to this thread since I posted them in the crossbow thread - these are the jpg's i quickly saved from photoshop to upload.

I would be interested in how and who printed the cards - apart from that, i guess i have a slightly different taste (as you may already have seen in the crossbow thread)

Anderas, They are all designed by me using photoshop and had them professionally printed on 100% plastic cards(I of course have used graphics and equipment from the original game, and a few of the graphics from inn members and the inn card design resources wonderfully shared by drathe and the others who maintain this place for us. Sejung for example has got a good collection of weapons of his own and some really great graphics that match in nicely with the original cards) I have tried to keep the base format the same as the original. Title at the top, Sepia type graphics, description of the weapon under that. Then my bit , finishing with hero quest original format cost, restrictions and type of card at the bottom but again adding detail to the original game system.

some of them are still really simple i promise !

I'm going to use try these guys at some point. http://www.makeplayingcards.com. The price is very reasonable. Any chance this is the company you are using Lemmeron?

I'll be happy even to just get the plastic card case.

Yeah knight that is them.
Their prices are pretty reasonable the first set I got printed I got on their 310gsm stock then the final version of my weapons, armour and equipment I got done in full plastic. Was 108 cards that I got printed in 2 decks. The custom tick boxes were a bit expensive I thought so I just got the plain white ones with the clear window.

I have looked at their embossed ones and started dreaming, but the plastic feels amazing and as you see in the photos looks good.

Right now my cards are in plastic bags, so having the decks shipped with the cheap plastic boxes will be very nice.

When you have them professionally printed, do you do Bridge-sized cards or Poker-sized cards? It looks like Bridge-sized is the right proportion, but I can't know for sure.

The dimensions are provided on the website. I used a ruler and confirmed that the Base system HQ cards are "bridge" cards. Do you get a different result? Let's measure twice and order once!

Bridge Sized cards are bigger than the original hero quest cards but that is what I used, and they are a better size in my opinion.
