Workshop : New Heroes and Complete Set Painting

Hi All,

Well, I'm back. A bit saltier, few crazy stories and fresh tuna on the line in the deep sea. Suffice say, adventuring in all forms is a great pursuit. Getting a few bob was a nice bonus.

In a week I'll have my hobby space all set up and a thousand and one ideas to get started on. This week on eBay I scored a couple of interesting figures:



Citadel Battle Lord and a Harlequin Fantasy Armies Lesser Goblin (oop - couple via Noble Knight).

I think I'll work the knight as a Knight's Panther with some bits I have and the Lesser Goblin? Why he may just become the new goblin style for me. I have a suspicion it may have been a concept for the Battlemaster plastics as he has more in common with that aesthetic over the HQ versions. Even still, the goblin would be right at home next to HQ Orcs.

Have my hands on them in a couple of weeks, more then for these two

Welcome back! Is it just me or did your trip take a lot longer than you thought? In the time that it's taken me to be inspired by your mini's to do something, you've been and gone and I'm just about to go buy some gear

Ceers Redav, yah the trip took about a month longer; though I've been in NZ for a couple months working boats and seeking a more permanent house. Just scored one in a tough market, moving in over the week and should be hobbying away madly after that
