The sleeping goblin would then awake and stand there with these stats:

Stormy didn't attack, I just rolled movement and got 3. I can't search that room though because of the sleeping goblin so 1S, 2W and search for traps and secret doors.

Why does the sleeping goblin have 1BP? He hasn't been attacked.
