Wanted to take them when everything is in order, but in seven months that's never been the case. I'm an agent of khaos.

A color chart for Vallejo Game Color, which I had but sold. Just in case I need this one specific paint.

Taking these pictures at last and feeling the shiver of shame actually made me clean up a little afterwards. I had a catharsis. And that's not a sickness. Yesterday, some wire stands for paints arrived, so I could sort those out, too.

Yeah, I have no idea what was meant by that messy workplace comment I mostly set up on the kitchen table on the weekends when it's free--perhaps sarcasm was the villain here??

IvenBach usually uses the sarcasm tags. I don't feel offended of course. The best miniature painter's worktables look like *lemony goodness*. With paint.
Mine is huge and I have so much storage space I need a compass and a day off just to find stuff.

But... and that's why I took these pictures... it's only 4 square metres. And that's double of what you actually need if you utilize the room most effective. Mind you, this room of mine is under a roof slope, so there's like 2 m² of shelves lost.
So, if the missus allows you to dedicate 2 m² for painting and working and sculpting and whatnot, take and use them.
Do not feel discouraged if space seems to little and dedicate however much you can for this hobby.

If it's blatantly terrible I wrap it. There was a little bit in there but nothing that bad. A few bottles misplaced and not put back. Shelves a little disorganized. Table strewn about in mid activity. Pieces in various stages of completion. On the whole it's clean from what I've seen from most stations. Everyone is allotted a bit of mess so long as it's working on minis and cleaned up afterwards. I've just been cleaning up the past few days and things are all neat. I just had to comment a smidgen.
