Kick starter for dummies?

interesting, I know of a couple where lawsuits were filed for breach of copyright or intellectual property etc but that's the first id heard of for failure to deliver. I know there's a grey area with stretch goals though. as they are not part of your initial pledge you aren't entitled to them. they are considered something of a complimentary gift from the creators. several people backed the myth KS purely for the stretch goals, no-one has received them yet but some have received the base game (which is what they pledged for) as myth is delayed the creators have offered full refunds for anyone who has not received their base game yet. if you have received it, you've received what you pledged for so you have no recourse.
