I believe Swiftfoot is in the wrong location.

Rage fills Swiftfoot as he slays the orc in the doorway, but sound tactics prevents him from staying engaged with the enemy, and he enters the room and again moves south.

Which would put him W and S of where he is now. (still very trapped and still very outnumbered.)
That being said...
