Mayo + soya sauce + Chipotle powder. Pretty dam good sauce for fries.

Melted Cheez Whiz with some more milk added to make it more liquidy? Also super good.

As I have said elsewhere the best dam Cheez sauce EVAR:

Boil 1 bottle of very dark beer.
Add 1 pkg (1lb) cream cheese, melt it in slowly.
Add 1 pkg (1lb) oldest white cheddar you can lay hands on, melt in slowly.

Add some chopped shallots, hot peppers if you like, maybe even some spinach.

They are united together by blissful cheese.

Now you see why there is so little bacon on baconburgers... The pig is just smaller... Why couldn't cows be the size of pigs and pigs the size of cows? Bacon would be so much cheaper.

I hate bacon. Bacon destroys everything it's put on.
Burgers, eggs, you name it. I hate bacon.

Sarcasm: You just crossed the line with that comment. Admin! We got someone that should be blocked on the forum for heinous, rude, and downright mean comments about bacon. /Sarcasm

I guess I have to accept your wrong opinion even though I disagree with it. What exactly do you dislike about bacon? Any fool knows it's bad for your health and whatnot but is it a bad childhood memory that causes this gravely incorrect dislike of THE bacon. Were you force fed a kilo of bacon when you were sick and then forced to mop it up when it all came back up?

I like Schwarzwälder Schinken, Serrano, and Italian breakfast bacon.
These things are so good THAT THEY DON'T NEED BEING FRIED TO DEATH!
That being said, I should probably refine my comment:

I want red onions, chives, and CHEESE in my eggs, not bacon (formally known as meat).

I never fry bacon. I bake it in the pan, with some butter (or is that called "frying"?). Good with eggs. Fried bacon??? Never even heard of that. You BAKE BACON. get it?

Frying to me = dipping stuff in hot molten fat, like you do with fries.
Baking = using a pan. In Dutch at least (bakken). Also called "braden".

Confusing language differences.

I thought what you are referring to as frying is deep-frying (in a chip pan),
and what you call baking is frying (in a pan).
Baking for me is making cookies and cakes and whatnot in the oven.
Then there's scallopping and many other varieties of cooking.
Could be wrong. I am unaccustomed to most jargons.

Besides, in Germany, and elsewhere, bacon is in fact deep-fried in establishments with clueless people working in there.
I saw it happening, and once, I was forced to do it myself. They deep-fry Schnitzel Wiener Art in German restaurants. They do. I *lemony goodness* you not.
I don't really wanna talk about it.

Ah yes, okay, so bacon is fried in the pan. I love fried bacon :P
But I also like the Adrennes bacon kind, like your Schinken. The thin red slices that you eat cold. Yum! Try it with melon.

Yeah, every European culture has a variant of that.
Really good. Serrano from Spain is the prime example.

I'm not a fan of honeydew melon, which is the typical companion to true raw bacon, but
you can combine it with anything.
Figs, grapes, pickled cherries, cranberries, just a good slice of bread, hot mustard, horseradish, a drop of honey (try that if it's the last thing you ever do!),
goat cheese (and we're back on topic...).

You don't like BACON??

That's as incomprehensible to me as not liking boobies!

When I saw that pic of the burger above, I immediately thought of the PETA tagline:
