Ten minutes before the start, my power went out. An hour later, it came back on and there were only 200 left for the first wave. By the time I logged in, first wave was gone and I got stuck with wave 2. Actual shipping for outside the US, ouch! :x Looks like I'll be using the mailbox service across the border here.

I do think it's pretty lame the Muricans get to have FREE shipping AGAIN, and ROW is stuck with actual shipping costs. That's a slap in the face to all those faithfull backers really... Unless they put a maximum cost on it, like $40,- or so. They could and should have let US backers pay a small amount like $15,- to even things out a bit.

There will be a blog post about this on friday! :orc:

This is a risk, right? Actual shipping costs. which will make all additionals completely unattractive value-wise. And limited to 6,000 core sets? Are they shitting me?
I think I'm gonna sit this one out.

Most of the mass monsters are already Bones, they're just offered here in larger quantities. And I can live without the generic heroes and evil bitch queens.
I am delighted at the package, but it's not attractive. Cost trap.

I really feel mocked. And slightly pissed.
Have fun, Americans.

It started as 2000 for wave 1 and 2000 for wave 2. When wave one was filled and wave 2 was half-way, they added another 2000 for a third wave. I expect they'll keep adding another 2000 each time as the others fill up. That way, each level has their own target ship date and they aren't doing everything all at once. But yes, the international shipping is greatly unknown and a major risk for anyone outside the US.

OK, makes sense. Still, I'm out. There's nothing I need. The gnolls would have been great, but that's about it.

the first bones deal I pledged was a LOT.
I had 2 vampire boxes, 2 carry cases (traded for 2 sophies), lots of addons, including C'thulhu, Kaladrax and Wyrmgear. So the box I got was HUGE (check my blog).
Nevertheless, Reaper was kind enough to put simply $100,- on the invoice, as $100,- was the single highest component of my pledge total.
Customs accepted that, so I had to pay 21% (€16,25) plus handling (€12,50), a total of €28,75. Not a big deal.

But with this second KS, they will put your total amount pledged on the invoice, without shipping costs. So I'll have to calculate 21% of my total pledge plus €12,50 handling for import taxes, PLUS the actual shipping costs.
My pledge will be small this time.

I just saw... Holey Crap... 1.1 mil with 7 days behind it. Looking to get in on this. Them ship dates make me mighty sad though . I saw the shipping info about international customers having to pay for shipping and feel for you. I'm guessing Reaper got bit a lot harder than they thought they would last time with the shipping. Slightly turned off at the fact that more than a few are repeats of the last kickstarter... The 24 bonus figs spiders, beetles, mummy, muscle golem aren't really 'bonus' but meh more figures. I take it most on this forum are going to pass on this because of the shipping because you're out of the 'Muricuh.

HOLEY CRAP!
