Open doors

Going to attempt printing and cutting out open doors. My doors are in terrible shape and the ones on ebay are just as bad as mine.

I'll post pics after I am done to determine if I pass or epic fail.

As a related aside to your endeavour I was wondering if anyone had any custom doors ready for printing and cutting out. I recently aquired some spare door bases and am too lazy to draw something new.

Well I created these double doors & magic portal for The King Under the Forest if you're interested. I've been meaning to get some spare bases and create some double door bases like yours as I really don't like the way I have fitted the double door into a single base.

As you can see, I need a lot of work using an xacto knife, it looks terrible but with practice it can be done.

I think I cut a square hole out of mine between the straight edges & then cut the curves with scissors. It's a double door so I imagine it was a lot easier than standard HQ doors.

Step One, buy circle stencil.
Step Two, find circle with similar arc to top inside of door.
Step Three, line up stencil to top of door.
Step Four, set fire to your living room.

I tried to set fire to my bathroom the other evening - luckily the breaker box
wouldn't let me.
