As a nonaction, Ragnar will pass his Potion of Strength to Garvin, just in case he doesn't connect. I'd rather have it drunk before the other potion if necessary, since it's discretionary use allows it to be drank after a failed hit. That will leave Ragnar with the Potion of Heroism as a backup, if all else fails.

My count is all the Peasants are finally down, four in this round of turns. If I've gotten things wrong, then Kilroy moves in to beat the snot out of any Peasant still standing. If I'm right, he kicks the snot out of the Peasant that would get up first, even though this should be unecessary (but not uncalled for).

As one of the peasants gets up from the floor he says "Well fought fellas. I guess you're not so bad after all. It would be nice if we saw more of your kind round here though, what with all the Orcs and all. Of course if you hadn't of started whacking us with that spear I reckon we could of beaten you.

That Spear, it's nice. I 'ave one just like it. Left it in the stables....."

The free drinks spare Sir Ragnar some of the catering costs, resulting in 15 extra gold coins per hero.
