Amazing work! The additional figures fit well within the HQ world. Where's the ghost figure from?

How the heck did you make the Drizzt mini? That is absolutely, positively amazing.

Thanks. :D

The Wraith is from the old D&D boxed game set.

Thanks. :D
He's simple really, just a normal HQ Elf, with Goblin scimitars, and a greenstuff cape and hood.
I did have to replace the right hand with a random plastic one from my bits box.
I think the trick is getting the greenstuff to blend in with the existing collar on the Elf, liquid greenstuff helped there.

(Really not the best mini I have ever had the misforture to paint, realy poorly sculpted to be honest)

Next on my list......well we'll just have to wait and see..... :dwarf:

Thinking of doing all my bases like the Gladiator one with some sparse sand scattered on.

lookin good. I like the Hobgoblin. that mini is a cool one from DarkWorld. I really like the miniatures from that game... some folks do not though. But once they are re-based they fit right into the HQ world in my opinion. can't wait to see more.

I noticed you have these as well. They do indeed look cool, and work well with HQ.

Thanks Shy,

I totally agree, once re-based the darkworld minis are a great addition to the original HQ ones, and add that bit of variety too.

The only proble I have with the Gladiator is the sword...the rest is perfectly all right. Is he a monster or a hero?

Truly exellent work!

Thanks Templar,

He can be either as the need arises.
I agree on the sword, it's awful, maybe if I come across a better one I'll hack it off and replace it, with much glee.

If I didn't already have the Warhammer Quest Goblin with spear figs, I'd want a conversion like yours. Hell, I may end up doing one (or four) someday anyway, 'cause that's a cool-looking alternate pose.

I hope we get treated to some more Darkworld figs mounted on HQ bases. You'r paint jobs and bases do more than justice to the concept of expanding the range within the charicature style for HQ. Taken together with your other mods and painting, it's great to see how the game should have been done. Your group is lucky to play on your board.
