Amazon now lists the expansion as officially releasing July 24th.

My preorder still says it's coming Aug 20, though.

Sorry if it's been mentioned already but does clever tactician allow for a movement roll before and after the action? Or is it movement roll, move partially, attack and finished what movement you have left?

Monsters don't roll for movement, they have a set # of spaces they're allowed to move.
Just the same I'd imagine Clever Tactician would work the same as the Monk's Tidal Surge, you have a maximum amount of spaces you can move per turn, split it if wish or go full and then attack.

Yeah the original split movement characters were the Ice Gremlins in frozen horror, followed by the "advanced goblins" added to the app a updates ago.
