Perfect! I will need to try this today even though the weather is not ideal for 3d printing here. Do you have the other rat sculpt with different leg positions as well? I think there were 2 sculpts.

The painted are the originals:

They are just as over-tight as the original:

I already managed to break the tail of the larger one and tried to repair it.

I edited the rat to move the tail next to the body - never snap off the tail again!

Nice idea, but it might also be nice to have one with the tail on the ground curving to the side next to the foot. Then it could be mirrored for 2 variants.

Or just rotate the original tail 90 degrees so it's flat on the ground. I don't mean pointing straight back. The tip of the tail would be pointing to the side, but it wouldn't be sticking up off of the ground.

The printed rats were painted for use in advanced heroquest:

They still need the company of the other sculpt to break up the monotony. A tail straight back, flat on the ground, would also be nice, but I guess some rats could be painted different colors

Cornixt's split battle masters wolf ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5700626 ) was used to make a new stationary standing position:

A chariot needed the battle masters wolves to fit in the harness which they otherwise wouldn't fit in with their original leg positions:
