There are some videos on facebook of the PoT and SQT content shown in Lucca and I can confirm that fortunately the final artwork of the Wand card is the same as the Mythic Tier one, not the one from Wand of Recall artifact card.

Ok, so after first unboxings published, we can finally confirm the full set of cards included in retail version of PoT quest pack:

1x Equipment card 'Wand'
1x Equipment card 'Potion of Restoration'

1x Equipment card 'Potion of Healing' (1D6 BPs)
1x Artifact card 'Spell Scroll: Lightning Bolt'
1x Artifact card 'Spell Scroll: Water of Healing'
1x Artifact card 'Spell Scroll: Heal Body'
1x Artifact card 'Spell Scroll: Rock Skin'

Inclusion of Lightning Bolt & Water of Healing spell scroll cards correct errata of the original Mythic Tier questbook where they were missing, so it is great.

However, I am quite surprised im seeing the regular Potion of Healing card, because I don't see the real need of including it despite of just increase the number of them available in the Equipment deck if RotDM is also owned.

The other two Spell Scrolls they introduced I think are a clear bias to reinforce the heroes when finding random spell scrolls because they are healing and protection ones.

They have a tendency to include cards, doors and such, everything you need for the quest pack between the Game System and the expansion. They tend to neglect cards from other expansions (in case you don't have it).
Although a normal potion of healing can be found in the Treasure deck, I'm guessing they made a card so you can buy it in-between quests.

Now its the opposite "problem" as people complain about so much (multiple items with the same name but different effects) where you have two identical items with different names! (Alchemist Shop: Potion of Rejuvenation in Frozen Horror vs. Potion of Healing in Prophecy of Telor!).

1D6 BPs Potion of Healing has been also included in the Alchemist's Shop page of new PoT questbook. Then, it seems they have just included it as a clear extra to the potions from GS.

hmm is the wand not specifically referenced in the quest book at all?
There's the alchemist's shop for the five potions (of which as was said, now there are 5 cards for those), but no specific armory page mention of the wand.
Didn't see it mentioned in the quests at all either (not unexpected of course)

I like that they saw fit to include the spell scroll cards as well, as now they might have a customer with just the base game and not one of the first two expansions.
Obviously the mythic owners would have absolutely had KK and RotWL to grab the cards from.

The Wand is a Warlock Hero exclusive item, it is not actually part of the expansion though it is included in the box, so lile in Mythic Tier version, they do not mentioned it in the questbook.

Yeah the way the Armory works is whatever Equipment cards you have can be purchased between quests. Rise of the Dread Moon specifically limits what you can buy between quests, while Mage of the Mirror and Frozen Horror at least encourage you to shop at other Alchemist Shops between quests. Otherwise it's pretty much up to Zargon what is offered for sale, but at the very least we presume the Wand is offered to show its re-sale value and another one could be purchased for the Warlock if it was ever lost.
