As Kurgan pointed out earlier, the text remains unchanged from the original NA release of '91. I assume the monsters on the map are also the same, as the unboxing videos indicate. Since Ulag is the only Orc in the room he occupies, any Orc figure can be used without affecting the combat (most likely.) The large sword is only there for fluff. Knowing this, I believe AH left the exact Orc-with-the-large-sword choice up to Zargon. Ulag can now be a papa or mama warlord.
