As long as they ship by Dec 20, 2021, I think they will legally be within the "fall" deadline. Otherwise, they may be outside of the legal contract they put forth on the campaigns page, and people could seek damages.

It's not a deadline, it's an estimated period a season wide. You don't get awarded damages for them missing an estimated shipdate by a reasonable amount. For a pre-order like this, it would have to be many months, probably more than a year late. They would refund you before going to court. Even then, if it came to it your demonstrated loss would be pennies, so that is what you would get.

Every molehill a mountain. Waste of time.

Yeah, this Twitter "Zargon" is a very lame non-publicity stunt. It's not very funny, it's not all that clever, and it's mostly just cringe at this point. No actual news of anything, but I think we've probably gotten all the news we're going to get until "oh, we're shipping!" Which isn't the best way to handle this if they wanted to drum up enthusiasm, but they didn't exactly ask my opinion.

That looks like they boosted the Pulse artwork and just threw it up on the website.

Also, hey barbarian? Phone call for you… Some guy named Cloud somethingorother. He says you have his impossible to lift sword.

and this is why we can't have nice things, especially when driven by Twitter.

This insolent child like behavior of asking for updates is so old. It is implied suspicion that Hasbro is not adhering to their obligation and it is baseless. The only update we need is when shipping begins.

I don't remember where i signed the campaign saying i had to find a single update from Twitter, but that is the only place they provide them. Was it in the contract when ordering the game that you were required to have a Twitter and follow it for information?

I wonder how they decided to offer pre-orders. Can a business do this without definite confirmation from Hasbro?

don't know Finish laws, but assuming they ordered 10 Mythic copies during the campaign, and are only selling the core game, then they could sell 10 core games and have all the other stuff left over.

That assume personal tangible property laws works there like in US. Because they can sell anything they actually own.. assuming HASBRO delivers.

if that aint what they are doing, then who knows?
