My money is on the Orc Bard being considered a heroic anomaly as only his unconventional soul is capable of appreciating the
ancient-Orc-legacy thing to be introduced in the expansion. That will leave plenty of room for standard Orcs to be suitably naughty and rightly killed by Heroes, including the Bard. Awkward--sure--but
that's what they have planned for us.
expansion, there was no such mention of any expansion, even the orc bard and Teos quest book were not linked like Joe Macaroni's dragon mini and quest book. Are you Teos?
They have planned for us? You seem to have inside knowledge that nobody has released yet by the wording present here.
If Ye Olde Inn is involved, then if someone would say it, it would alleviate a LOT of stresses many people have about this new version of the game and recent events.
Either way, i am taking your money and placing it in this sack, and should you win, you can retrieve it from the stairway after you have completed this dungeon.

No expansion--right. I was thinking Quest Book, which is the main feature of an expansion. As we all know, that's where the new fluff, any new rules, and story of the Parchment Texts is found. Anything Teos Abadia has planned for Orcs will be put there, if anywhere. I recall Doug Hopkins, the HeroQuest project manager at Avalon Hill mentioning that a few.additions to HeroQuest may be coming down the line. I assume they''ll continue to be added in the Quests Books, as they ever have been.
Whether the Spirit Queen's Torment actually answers any questions with new lore, well we'll just have to wait and see. My conclusions about Tios Abadia's and Doug Hopkin's plans are just an opinion. Nobody at the Inn has any secret connection to the new HeroQuest--at least no members I know of.
Whether my guess about Orcs is accurate or a miss, at least we know your dungeon will be filled with proper ones, bad to the bone!
