Heroquest remake by Hasbro - The BIG discussion thread

Zavvi's preorder closes in 1 day and 12 hours.

So be quick, they are closing some time on Nov 5th UK time.

Maybe that ensures that the numbers will get tallied up earlier.

Thoughts?

I can't say for NZ and Australia, but I emailed Zavvi the other week, and they confirmed they send their orders in daily; I don't know if Hasbro process them daily.

Also, there have been massive jumps earlier on in the campaign that correspond to the dates when us non-US plebs were allowed to contribute.

As far as I can tell, it seems like the overseas figures are only ever one day out of date at best; I doubt there's some magical "wow we broke 4m" moment coming thanks to the resellers' figures being added in right at the end.

The sales are aligning with the reverse of the pattern that was seen in the first week of the Haslab crowdfunder.

The sales trend rose to a moving average of ~$59.75K/Day over the past 5 days (since the 37th.)
8 Day average ~$55.75K/Day (counting from the 34th)
There are ~3 Days left in the campaign.

Overall the numbers are continuing their upward climb over the past 5 and 8 days.

The Orc Bard and Quest Book by Teos Abadia “The Spirit Queen's Torment” unlocked at ~12PM GMT-4.

To reach the 3.2M stretch goal for the alternate abomination sculpts would require ~$144.5K or ~964 more copies of Mythic tier.

The Dread Warrior alternate Sculpt at the $3.4M Stretch Goal will require ~344.5k, or 2,298 Mythic Tier pledges.

The alt-sculpt Dread Warlock unlocks at $3.6M in $544.5K or 3,631 Mythic Tier pledges

The alt-sculpt Gargoyle unlocks at $3.8M at $744.5K or 4,965 pledges at Mythic Tier

To reach the final stretch goal with Quest Book by Joe Manganiello with the Dragon Miniature and Game Tiles would require $944,557 or 6,298 pledges at Mythic Tier level.

[Kurgan]

Heroic: 41 figures
Mythic: 88 figures (Many of these will be duplicates of above in the two expansions, but some unique figures from the unlocks, bonuses and the new Heroes)

[calubin_175]

I counted 135 miniatures for the Mythic Pledge including the dragon, furniture and excluding the rats and skulls.

At this point I don't think we can predict whether it will get to 4M or not. Some of us thought it wasn't going to get to 3M when they first announced the 3M goals.

[ajjohnsen]

If they've been adding in the international sales already then there's likely no way we hit $4MM, but if the international has yet to be added in then it's likely we do hit the $4MM mark...time will tell, but I'd venture to say the abominations are the end of the stretch goals

Hasbro keep saying that the current counter only shows US/CAN pledges. I would expect at least 100k per day until the end of the campaing, which would put us in the 3.3-3.4M range. If overseas are 20% of US/CAN amounts, we will go over 4.0M. Still think it's feasible.

[elvyler]

I suppose it's possible that they may not count the overseas totals toward the crowdfunding at all.

[calubin_175]

They could always add shipping onto the numbers.
