Good morning, afternoon or evening. Whatever the case may be

Hello to all in the HeroQuest community.

Haven't really got the patience for painting models, though I do enjoy the game itself and making up levels.

I like making levels, though might offend any HQ traditionalists as they don't usually adhere to the theme or the feel of the game.

Here's a link to a Pdf of the only level I've designed that hasn't had me berated by everyone involved (although it was subject to some criticism.)

Carboniferous Park

If anyone dares play it you will need:

- To change the names of the players in the story to match fellow HQsters.
- Some custom tiles for the telephone and helipad.
- A difficult to decipher (maybe pix-elated or sketched or text directions) version of the map to show briefly to one of the questers (preferably the one with the worst memory) as the story dictates.
- To alter the number of monsters to adjust for difficulty.
- Probably needs a few adjustments or to make things up for where I've forgotten to put essential things in.
"Oh, it's my turn is it? Let me just check through all of my spells again..."
"Hmm..."
"Ok, I'll do nothing, it's too dangerous for the Wizard."

"Carboniferous" map?? Does that mean it comes from the Lower Mississippian or Upper Pennsylvanian?

Can you be attacked by Eryops?

It's an idea I had that you could create a park of giant insects by just breeding today's puny insects in a high oxygen environment until you had giant spiders and millipedes to thrill the general public. Unfortunately I've been unable to secure financial backing; so I had to settle for making a Hero Quest level based on the idea.

You can throw in an Eryops if you've got an appropriate model, don't think he's as scary as a 6 foot spider though.

Those D&D Ant creatures would be perfect. The formians man sized upright walking ants! I've never seen any good models of them though.
