About the classic HeroQuest commercial, maybe you already know them but here are some known pics around its production:

Past 15th of December of 2022, professional acclaimed Spanish sculptor Mr. Pepe Mora published on Twitter that he had been in conversations with Mr. Stuart Conran, the person who was commissioned to create the Goblin mask shown in the TV advert. As he mentions, Stuart was going to give him some material about the spot production, but he advanced the following picture:

There he also said the following, that I have translated below to English for you:

Then, after this I was investigating a bit more and I also found an English actor called Rusty Goffe who I think could have been the one behind such Goblin mask since this is how he present himself on his Twitter account:


And if you check Mr. Rusty Goffe's Wikipedia entry, there is mentioned that he participated in the HeroQuest Commercial... and also in the Battle Masters one, so... I think it is quite clear that he was the one there!

Good catch on the different voice overs with the US edition too. Never realized there were variants. Maybe the contract the first narrator ended? No idea.

For the first US advert, link 2 and 3 seem to be the same Youtube link...

Great list, though maybe rename the title to something like "HeroQuest Commercial / Ad Spots" or something? That's more specific than the current title which might make people think these are documentaries, interviews or something else. Though I'm sure you may be planning to ad some more these are the tv promos.

Well, the intention is trying to also include here such kind of material, not only commercials, so I will keep the title as is for the moment. Nevertheless, it could be changed in the future, of course.

Transmit Him has uploaded in YouTube another version of the Advanced Quest commercial from UK.

This one has better audio quality, better image resolution and frame borders less cropped. It overally looks as the same version we already, however there is a little difference. This new video shows the game box price in Pounds.
