I wanted to share this updated version of the armory I made with Gimp during the last days. It's designed to introduce a long distance fighter such as the ranger http://forum.yeoldeinn.com/viewtopic.php?f=35&t=2772 (and perhaps an additional sorcerer later on).

Only issue is the invisibility cloak being for the Wizard only. Doesn't make sense.

It's thought to be a better version of the wizards cloak, allowing the wizard to hide and retreat, when the situation becomes dangerous.

That cloak cries out for a rogue or an assassin to be its owner.

I don't understand the spell ring rules. Do you get to choose which dice you force a reroll on? otherwise it seems pointless making any rolls if they are just going to be rerolled anyway.

The spell ring rules are thought to completely undo a complete turn of the elf or the wizard. So no choice on which dice to reroll. It's rather meant to give the possibility to rewind the clock to the point where/when you started your turn. Should be interesting when you completely mess up.

I still have to playtest this though.
