Seeking confirmation of flimsyness.

So my game Finally arrived in the mail yesterday. It included bits and bobs of the witchlord expansion. What I immediately noticed was how crappy the tiles were for the expansion. The pitfall tile for the base set was a sturdy cardboard tile, While the exact same tile for the witchlord set was made of paper and only a touch bit thicker then the cards from the deck.

Can anyone confirm if the tiles that come with the other expansion sets are equally as cheap and flimsy?

thx

I can confirm that Kellar's Keep in North America is effectively printed on a cereal box material. Unlike the original NA base set which was printed on thicker cardboard (and double sided).

RotWL should be the same.

Wonder why. Seems I will have to get all those reprinted thicker then. I am guessing the other expansions followed suit. Hopefully someone who owns any of them can confirm

Yes. Us Versions of both KK and RotWL are printed on crappy cardstock. However, the UK and AUS versions were printed on nice heavy cardboard like the original. If you're stateside and don't want to make your own cardboard versions its worth it to get the heavier versions.

I'm in Germany.
I have owned thinner versions (cereal box cardboard is indeed a good comparison) of expansion markers.
Those also had white backs instead of black ones.

Tiles from European KK and WL HAVE white side on their bottom.
US version are instead printed on a cardboard that is thinner than the EUR version.
Australian version tiles are printed on another different paper too, but more close to the Eur version.

Awesome thx for that.

I am just going to redo the whole lot of them.
I find the small square chits super annoying where some skulls have secret doors on the back while others have rocks. I am going to make a bunch where the front and back are the same thing so I am not flipping a bunch over just to find the one with the right thing on the other side.
