What materials do you use to make these? The jigsaw connectors seem very sturdy.

Wow! That's how a reprint of AHQ should look like in my opinion. Corridors are missing, by the way.

enjoy the rooms guys. but i have to retain some of my many 100s of hours for myself.

of note the corridors were quite complicated in design and print. ultimately ending up on 2mm laser cut mdf.
not so easy to recreate. but again. retaining some of this for myself. but i hope you can make some good use of the rooms i provided.

Fair enough. I'd be willing to pay for a set. I'm thinking you can share (or sell) one design of corridors and keep another one for yourself if that's your thing.

the best i can do for you is point you to the company that did the cuts for me.
i designed the jigsaw obviously off the original design but at 30mm squares. (we can all agree that the originals were too small)
and sent them off to a company called https://blotz.co.uk/product-category/wargames-terrain/ who refined my designs, im sure if you asked them. they would still have those designs and be able to sell you all of the wooden sections i had the following made

- Straight section x22
- T-Junction x10
- Dead ends x6
- Crossroads x6
- Corners x10
- Stairs x4
which came to about £30-35 range

in hindsight I should of probably made more, but at 30mm scale..i run out of table space before i run out of corridors

as for the artwork..heres the fiddly part. i desgined sections specifically for each of the above. and the designs all overlap with each other to form as close of a seamless jigsaw fit as possible (which was horrible to cut and very prone to error)
because they were prone to error. i printed them at home in lots of smaller sections i could fit onto A4 sheets.
but if people wanted to print them out as is and just glue to some rectangular card. that would also work.
but the job and work itself was really really fiddly and awkward. of which i had to chop and change and print and reprint to get the tones right and never really intended on making them a 'pack' i could hand out for a ready to use sort of scenario which is why i havent provided the corridors. too much to explain on how to repeat what i did. too much room for error. too much room for unhappy people lol.

rooms. are just rectangles printed out and glued to mounting board...easy

if anyone REALLY wants to repeat what i did. contact me and ill try and help. but it wasnt a simple task at all.

I thought at first that the squares in your sections were bigger, but then I saw that the trapdoor tile seems to fit just right (the chasm seems even longer than the original). Did you make those too?

thats just the stuff i did for slevs rules that i had floating about. im most likely going to redo these too. but also....more different types possibly.

i guess they could. i just found it better to dry glue them onto mountboard of the same thickness. and as i had a shed load of mount board already lying around.. thats what i did!
