Ye Olde Inn

After many years I finally picked up Advanced Heroquest again and been reading all the different versions.
Personally I'm a fan of the Enhanced ruleset.

I'm planning on playing a campaign with some friends in the near future and I'm working on some "modern" character sheets with the class cards on them (instead of using the skill cards).
You can use counters on the skills to see which ones are available during an expedition.

Finished the new Bright and Light spellbooks: (still working on Jade and Amethyst)




Also finished all the Henchmen sheets with their special rules on the back.




And last a new Player sheet / Weapon tables to use with dry markers. Added a rules cheat sheet on the back.

Now I'm working on new monster cards and a between expeditions "town" page.
I might also make item cards for the more advanced magic weapons and armour.

These are fantastic! I've also been re-exploring the Enhanced rules with a view to adopting them into HQ (I don't have the AHQ tiles but might attempt to make some from your great file).

Only finished the Skaven so far. Working on the rest.

It's small, doable for me personally. But I can imagine it being too small for quite some people. The resolution is good enough for A5 to be honest.
Once all are finished I'll upload a PDF for bigger sizes.

Pretty mich finished all the other monster cards. I'm only missing some named and specific monsters from the White Dwarf adventures.

I have to say that this project is truly wonderful. I have just finished printing and laminating virtually everything besides enemy and henchmen sheets (just too many to print at this stage and have already printed the originals). The sheer amount of information on these sheets make navigating the game such a breeze. Less time in the rulebook is always a good thing and having such great artwork and design really helps to elevate the experience.
