Take a look in the Gallery-Card Art-Drathes' Mystery Potion. I like this idea, should one turn it into a Treasure card, a special find when searching furniture or what? I favour it as a Treasure card, with the finder rolling D6 to see what it is. Should the finder drink it straight away, or roll the dice first? Could be an exiting new cocktail? What do You think? Treasure card. Does not matter if they drink it or hold it for identification later it should be the same. I would predetermine the nature of the potion before the quest, if it is included into the deck for a dungeon.

As an aside: I play a pen and paper RPG where I game master. Recently (within the last year) I have had the same player character drink two potions with out knowing what they were. The first one was a fortuitous potion as it turned out to be a potion of imortality. (which by imortality it mearly means you will no longer age or be subject to most disease, blades and spells are still deadly, so for all intents it is not of much use to the PC) The next potion was a potion of healing created by a crazy and somewhat malevolent wizard. When she drank the potion she was healed of 10 hit points damage and polymorphed into an Elf. (which is rather problematic as this character doesn't know the first thing about Elvish customs, magic or the language)

cynthia - I really hope you have some good games planned for that character in the future.
They just provided you with the best situation ever, from a GM's point of view.

I want EVERYONE in here who plays the games to take pix and notes so that they can make a battle report in SATURDAY NIGHT DUNGEON!

I haven't played HQ for months. Getting weak.....I'm not the only one who needs a HQ fix I'm sure....

Sounds like one of your Margaritas, Flesh, baby. Stick to the straight & narrow, these fancy- |_P-dan cocktails can do you NO-------Good!
