Currently I think about making one single HQ25 all in one folder that will contain all the stuff made here:
Monster symbols for the new monsters, but also:

- some monster symbols everyone uses but that are there several times. Like the goblin archer, we should try to retain one common symbol for this quest pack. So I'd like to include those, too. Proposals welcome.

- Rooms that are used in the quest pack. I talk about my lava tile, but also about the two 8x4 rooms, the 6x5 and 8x8.


Alternatively I could hide our stuff in the all-in-one-monsters and all-in-one-rooms and so on.

An HQ25 folder would be simple but if someone were to look for a certain monster they would first search the monster all in one folder and then wouldn't find the HQ25 symbol first. Perhaps put them in the all in one folders but have a (HQ25) after the name.

There's an easy cheat to force names to go in front of lists that I like to use when sorting files at work: precede the file name with an underscore "_" or other such symbol. That way the HQ25 stuff can show up at the top of the All-in-One folders, or wherever we put them.

The only downside I see to putting them in the all-in-one folders is that some of those folders are already fairly large. I would make a folder just for the files you'll use for this.

I reorganized my own heroscribe a lot.

Rooms have their size front-off, in the order bigxsmall room, like 8x4 room or 4x4 Yons Rotating Room
Then I removed folders of too little size;
everything that goes through a wall is in the door folder (no search in "various" or the like)

Everything has been renamed with a regex to fit the pattern

or
Blocked Square Single
Blocked Square Double

instead
Single Blocked Square
Double blocked Square


So I do fully understand if you don't want to go the entire way with me. That's why my proposal is only about the HQ25 symbols.

I included those symbols for testing into my heroscribe.
Are we sure the Minotaur is 2x2?

Mine certainly is, but mine doesn't count because it is not from Thantos but from Massive Darkness.

I can make that symbol 2x1 with those horns, no problem.

Looks strange to me currently.

I'd say, make all options.
I have one from Confrontation that would fit 2x1, Zealot's most certainly looks like a 2x2.
Newer Games Workshop models also will look weird in 2x1 and better on 2x2.

The problem with 2x2 monsters is you NEED double-wide doors and hallways.

I would say 2x1 for the maps for the mino. People can still use whatever model they have available. I prefer the goblin archer with just an arrow with the head, then it works for shortbow or crossbow and different icons aren't needed for different minis.
