I'm going for 2, 3 and 4:

all official material, some archers and a chaos army (beastmen / dwarves / troll) but that's it. one faction is new, the rest is official + a few variants (archers)

I'll do stats and special rules for any monster or character anyone comes up with if you want me to.

I have some Beastmen I've been meaning to work into a quest, after all!

2. Create new monsters that can be easily represented with miniatures from the base system.

All for coming up with good uses for all the reaper bones that I seem to have laying around.
