Just a quick idea:

What if each of us who would be willing to trade/exchange stuff in general put a list of said stuff he/she would get rid of in this thread and keeps it updated?
Would make things easier sometimes.
Alternatively, one could take pictures and post a link to an album on imageshack or whatever they use.

When we look for something specific, we could first take a gander here.
Also a good idea mayhaps: A second thread with search lists.

Or both, a tradeoff and a wish list, in one post for each member in this one thread. Might be the better idea.

Wise idea. I have 10 Beastmen coming in and I know I won't need all of them.

I'll post a complete list after I've called dibs

Well, I know it's a longshot, but I'm looking for some of the dark elf crossbowmen from the "Warhammer Fantasy Regiments"-sprue.

You can hit "Subscribe topic" or "Bookmark topic" at the bottom-left of a thread's page. Both create lists in your User Control Panel, but Subscribe topic sends email alerts when new posts have been made since your last forum visit if you have alerts activated.
