Mini Cards

These cards are mini-sized for a portable HQ set I'm working on. I can also use them for a full-sized game set being that the fonts are readable despite the cards' small size. They came out great.
I, too, used PrinterStudio.com for my printing, and these only cost me $5.60 with free shipping. These are all 66 cards from the core game set. I'll definitely be printing the rest.
*Note- A fat Sharpie was also used for a size comparison*
*Side Note- I used tiff files for the better quality. I'll have those up for download to anyone interested as soon as I'm finished the last bit.*

That's cool but it's too bad the cards got cropped. What size are those cards?

1.75'' x 2.5'' (44.45mm x 63.5mm)
I was a little worried that some of the stuff would get cut off because of that reason and wondered if I should maybe adjust the card's size in photoshop to fit the whole thing just in case, but there's not much missing.

In order to prevent the cards getting cropped like this, make images as if the cards are 1/4" (6.5mm) larger in each dimension. This empty space will be art only, i.e "bleed".

Do you plan to scale down the board, Instruction Booklet, and Quest Book as well?

Yep. Gonna scale EVERYTHING down. I'd like to fit EVERYTHING (core game including all expansions) into this box:

I'm looking forward to seeing the end result. It appears to be on scale with Heroica by Lego. My guess is you're going with paper standees and furniture. If you have something else in mind, do tell. I dub this project Mini Quest. Glasses optional.

MiniQuest - or Mini Quest in Daedalusesesesis stylization - is a so-called Dungeon Smawler Boardgame, played with miniminis.

Actually, it may be possible to use real, smaller versions of the game pieces. I get newsletters from Smooth-On (who I get the silicone and plastic from for when I get around to doing recasts) and there is a solvent called NOVOCS you can mix with the silicone when you make a mold. Over the span of (I believe) a week, it causes the mold to shrink down. If you then make a cast of the smaller one, and repeat the mold process with NOVOCS again, you can get a figure that is almost half the size of the original. I was going to plan on trying it to see how the quality is, but I haven't even made it to the recast stage yet. Here's an image from their site:

It sounds a tad expensive to make repeated molds, but this looks worth a try. Painting smaller minis may be a difficult, but you're then free to make ginormous Quests that fit on a table. Added bonus: cheaper print costs.
