However it has been playable since Sept 27, 2024 (via the companion app updated to v.4.0 on iOS or v.4.1 on android devices).

Also please note below that this box does not assume you've ever played HQ before, so no "if you don't already have it" caveats for the Artifacts found this time...

No spirit blade (found in ROTWL)
**These artifacts are not found in the regular (EU/NA/Remake) Game System(s), but the rest all are, including the Wizard's Staff and Spirit Blade. But not the Hearthkin Horn, which is unique to this pack (and has no card).

At GenCon we saw that the cards for Fortune's Longsword, Phantom Blade, Rod of Telekinesis, and Ring of Fortitude were included with First Light (same distributions of cards as the 2021/2022 GS boxes) but only the last one was found in any of the quests officially. So you'll have to track them down in other places... But we didn't see any physical card for the Hearthkin Horn (one is depicted in the digital app however). Edit: With the retail release in hand we can say positively that while there are new "artifacts" after a fashion, these don't have physical cards, though mock ups appear within the app.

While there is no substantial information on the thread topic, yet, it is interesting to see that one entry standing out on the list. Really a missed opportunity by the team that made the recent redesign of the Ogre Hordes expansion.

Now that the official companion App has been updated today (v.4.0/v.4.1) to include First Light, I think it's safe to share these now...

I only listed items that are described as Artifacts and given an associated card. The companion app does give a simulated card image for the above item but there is no physical equivalent in the box (at least based on the GenCon set and subsequent influencer set demos) and it is not described as an artifact. The card totals listed on the box have been accounted for... there's no room for any new items in card form, unless they get rid of something that corresponds to a card in the 2021/2022 Game System.

Wizards staff is in quest 1 I believe, same room as the sarcophagus.

So only one of the NA artifacts is never found in this pack, after all!
