Hello, I'm new in this forum, and I'm looking for an answer. Where can I find the last 6 books of Slev Sleddeddan's amazing Hero Quest Revised.. When I go to his website and try to open the 12 book for an example, it says that the Dropbox is empty and we are 5 guys who would really like to play the last books! We are currently in the middle of the 4th book, and we would like to continue playing of cuorse. I really hope any of you could help me with this problem, maybe some of you have the PDF files of the last 6 books downloaded or something? Or know anything that I don't know about this project?

I have sent the person in question a PM about it linking to this thread beyond that I have no idea I'm afraid

Slev had some major setback in reallife last year or so, which forced him to postpone his work on HeroQuest for a while. He resurfaced here somewhere in july and has visited the forum a few times since then. I've made some posts here with errata for the books that exist and he started processing them. He's been somewhat absent since then, however, so I am guessing he's still busy with non-HeroQuest stuff in real life.

The forum thread about his Revised Rules can be found here. He seems to have been last online almost 2 months ago now.

This is actually slev's second version of Hero Quest Revised. He finished the first edition of HQR a few years ago, before taking it down at one point to rework it one more time.
I kept the original files, however, so if you want to look at the other 6 Quest Packs in a less-polished format, feel free to check the link in my signature. I host them in my dropbox as a public service.

Just in case anyone is following this thread but not the main one, the "missing" books are done now.
Just need the three bonus books that occur outside the main narrative.

Hi Slev, I just took a look at the content that you have uploaded. This is a really great resource, thanks for putting it together.

I have one question though. It might have been covered somewhere else, but I can't find it, so feel free to point me in that direction if it has.

What is the origin of the additional quest books? I recognize the first 6, but I'm not familiar with the others, are they custom content, or homebrews, or something like that?

01 = core game, mix of US & EU versions
02 =Kellar's Keep, mix of US & EU versions
03 = Witch Lord, mix of US & EU versions
04 = Ogre Horde, EU
05 = Wizards of Morcar, EU
06 = BQP, US
07 = EQP, US
08 = Homebrew, inspired by white dwarf content & AtOH traps/doors. Logically something along these lines should exist.
09 = Homebrew, inspired by WoM contents, and various other deficiencies in game balance with regard to mind points & magic. Logically something along these lines should exist.
10 = Advanced Quest Edition, EU.
11 = mix. White Dwarf magazine (2), Marvel Winter Special (1), Adventure Design Kit (1), homebrew (10). Finished off official(ish) adventures, closes remaining narrative threads, sets up for the next book.
12 - Homebrew. Partially inspired by the fact that the first two expansions contained the green and white sprues again, why not one with the grey? Also wanted to bring the narrative to a satisfying conclusion.
