I wasn't sure where to post this, so if we discuss here, awesome, but if someone wants to redirect me, I'll post elsewhere.

You all remember the PC game versions of HeroQuest and it's sequel?
Of course you do.

Have any of you heard of Dark Quest II ?
Fan-made indie game with a kickstarter, announced last year.
I never heard of it. I've never heard of the first game either, since this is apparently 2.
But it looks and feels and plays like a perfect homage/update to the old game. We've even got our Mentor/Morcar/Zargon lookalike.

Looks interesting, nice art style and presentation. Seems it's only orcs and goblins as monsters at the moment but with various types and they've replaced the elf with a ceric-knight but there's two darkened heroes that look like a ranger/elf and a monk. I wonder how different the rules are.

Uh yeah.... Super sweet. I'd buy that in a heartbeat.
