There is a new hero quest game that will be released some time this year (2015) Since it is not a Milton Bradly game I am not sure if it can fit into the "official game" forum or the "other game" forum. It is made by Gamezone and here is the link:

The price is out of my range most months. But the contents seem they may be worth it. Pictures of the contents would have been nice. I have all the stuff to throw games until doomsday. So the contents of the game are rather important to me when I make my choice if I want to spend 110.00 Euros for a game I already have multiple copies of, with Witch Lord and Kellars Keep.
Not going to spend my hard earned loot until I get a glimpse of the product.

Would you tell me more about the game, cause, you know, Gamezone wouldn't...

Are we still being haunted by the nightmare that is Gamezone's attempt at HQ under the stolen copyright from Moon Industries?
Sheesh.

So for those of us unfamiliar with this drama that is spoken around...what is going on exactly?

Read the thread dealing with it. I can't sum it up.

GameZone are the company prodcuing what I'll call "HQ25".
Moon Designs have the trademark on the "Heroquest" name for Greg Stafford's Glorantha RPG.
Gamezone attempt a Kickstrater for HQ25. Claim it's all legit.
Moon Designs object, Gamezone ignore them.
Moon Designs issue a Cease and Decist to Kickstarter, the campaign gets shut down.
Game Zone justify themselves, but due to poor translations and inconsistent information, do so badly.
They try again with Indiegogo. Get shut down for teh same reasons.
They try again on an Italian site.
Throughout everything, they will not give a straight answer to a straight quetsion as to what the product is.
So, we don't know if the rules/quests/cards/etc are the same, funtionally the same, updated, or completely new.
They keep claiming it is the same game, and that is completely new.

That's just a brief summary.
GameZone have been quite unprofessional, contrary and combatitve over this whole debacle. At this point, people's concerns are less about how good the product will be and more about their behaviour.
Although that behaviour means that people are not sure exactly what the product they're expecting will be, even if they've forked out cash for it.
