Ye Olde Inn

Return of the Witch Lord and Kellar's Keep came with two new types of foldable door: heavy wood, and iron, for a total of 4 for both expansions together. It turns out I have 3 different versions:
-- 1 with wood on both sides
-- 1 with iron on both sides
-- 2 with wood on one and iron on the other side

Which version came with which expansion? If I check out the tiles in the contents of these expansions here on the site, they both show to include the versions with the same type of door on both sides. I bought these expansions new back in the day (Dutch versions), so the different-sided doors certainly came in one of them (unless there is another expansion that has them?).

Both expansions should come with one metal and one wooden door, for a total of two each.
Is it possible your two that are mixed, have been printed wrong, or folded wrong?

I confirm you that such door variant was a misprint found in one of the European cardboard sheets of classic Return of the Witch Lord, as you can see here:


This mistake was corrected in the American version of this expansion, as you can also see here:


I guess somebody pointed here in the Inn that there are also later European versions which were also corrected but not sure at all.

These other 2 doors you have are correct and probably were the ones from Kellar's Keep cardboard sheet, as shown here:

I happened to also find an image for a sale on worthpoint that shows the "mixed" doors on a RotWL sheet, and as I have the Dutch version, I assume it had the same mixup as other European versions. Your reply corroborates this, so it's clear to me now - thanks for your quick replies!

I know all the european RotWL versions have this mistake with the doors.
I cut them apart and glued correctly.

Not all, mine was fine, bought in the UK at time of release.
I still have them.
