Its arms, legs, head and wings can be moved to suit but i do like it's natural stance. Well done to the designers. There were a few other designs, similar but different styled bodies, heads and colours. Same level of detail but no where near the character of this one.

There are no dumb questions in regards to these things...
But beware, these 24 and 50 mm measures are the base diameters.
These have nothing to do with scale.
The scale of these minis is given as 30 mm. More on that topic in the other thread you posted your scale questions in.

Anyone here familiar with the Arcane Legions Minis?
They look to be roughly the same size as HQ minis, just obviously not that exaggerated "heroic" scale.
For the most part they're really cheap.
I just ordered a 123 piece mini set, that I'm splitting with a friend. It comes with pieces I plan to use as replacements for all the mercenary minis.
Plus a bunch that I'm going to use to write two new quest books that take our heroes on a journey to a faux-fantasy equivalent of Asia and Egypt.
That'll be cool.

I bought me a box of Runewars minis (Reanimate Archers).



I saw them in store painted up on a table and they look really good.

Fantasy Flight Games has seen the error of their ways
and produces minis in "our" scale (28-32 mm) now, at least for Runewars, so if you want these for HeroQuest, you're good to go.

The plastic is rather flimsy, quite like the first Citadel Finecast resin, but the casting is
of the good quality you would expect.
It feels like plastic glue wouldn't do a thing with these, but I might be wrong.
But super glue has some advantages, anyway, so I don't mind.

There are some minor moldlines, but parts fit really well together, not as in older Privateer Press plastic stuff, which was similar, but harder.
Just thought I'd spread the new option around here a little.

Hard to put my finger on it. See what I did there?
Seriously, about as flimsy as the Dungeons & Dragons boardgame minis if you're familiar with those... but more quickly bending back into place.
Flimsy legs, arms and weapons. Not as elastic as Reaper Bones material.

Was looking around for character cards to match the replacement minis. And found a set from Frank Clarke which I assume was posted here at some point previously.
But I found this wizard to be a practically perfect match for the Dragon Strike wizard mini. So I think that's what I'll be using it for. And swapping out my Teraptus for the ArchMage replacement.
