Is there a name for when heroic scale (extra large hands and head) gets emphasised even more? Super-heroic scale?

Need help with size.
Looking to get a Yeti for Barbarian Quest Pack. Since I don't plan on spending the money people are asking for the original mini.
I found This yeti on TrollandToad.



It's from "D&D Icons of the Realms: Monster Menagerie"
Does anyone have any experience with these? How do they compare size-wise to HQ minis?

Yet anonther large figure Yeti ($4.49) sans horns, shaved, and dressed (but still huggable). Also a small-figure, runt Ice Gremlin. How big does the guy need to be to steal, anyway?

How big are the pathfinder minis compared to the HQ minis?
Like how how big is the yeti compared to the Barbarian Quest Yeti Mini? how much does it tower over the regular player minis?

Or something like this?

It lists it as 6" H x 4" W x 0.25" D
But I feel like 6 inches can't be right?

Never mind.
The yetis above are 50mm and the other pathfinder regular minis are 24mm.
I figured it all out.

There are no dumb questions in regards to these things...
But beware, these 24 and 50 mm measures are the base diameters.
These have nothing to do with scale.
The scale of these minis is given as 30 mm. More on that topic in the other thread you posted your scale questions in.

Walked past a big box of Dragons on the way to buy some screws. No way i could leave the store with out one. £2 in Boyes store. The best one of the set.

That doesn't look half bad.
He looks down on a human-sized figure.
Most of these cheap toys don't, which, combined with the lack of detail, makes them shitty additions to HQ.
This one is quite good, including some unusual detail for the price.

That is a really cool toy. I would put it on a base and use it for my games. And the price was reasonable. Comes out to about $2.60 when we convert...
Hell I have paid 3X that for a single mini that wasn't near as cool.
