Altdorf Chronicles Monster Factions

Postby Gold Bearer » July 26th, 2014, 12:49 pm

Monster factions for the Altdorf Chronicles, to be updated with brief descriptions and stats. Each one to be featured in it's own mini campaign. That way each of them can be played independently of the main body. The idea is to create multiple self contained arcs that can all be used as individual campaigns or as part of the whole with Altdorf used to link them. The monsters and descriptions of how they're going to be used aren't set in stone, it's just a basic plan and a pool of possibilities to draw from.

This beasiary reminds me of Warhammer Quest in scope. If you seperate the Mummies in an arc, you need to use the desert board. The winter board should also work great for the ice monsters. Other boards should simarly complement beastmen and chaos dwarf arcs.

I noticed that winter board before, I love the look of it.

This needs updating. It will be good to have a thread with all the monsters listed, just for comparison.
