Hey Anderas, yeah the textmessage thing is fun! I just started with it to keep them "in game" reality while going through their normal life! Like a second lifeline in a parallel HQ/DnD universe! I also send out songs that keep the vibe goin.

The Lair of the Orc Warlord!

Session planned for Sunday, cannot wait. I used the original basically as an inspiration and build my own layout. I also decided to keep goin with our dnd style gameplay for now. Lets see where it goes! The group is gonna meet a new player who was captured. A little halfling who carries a strange crystal with him.

For our new captured halfling player:

"Days and days of watching other prisoners being dragged away and listening to their screams echoing through the stone tunnels....if this doesnt stop, you go insane, you think...the hunger and the horror of knowing that your time is gonna come soon almost makes you faint....if only you could get out of this goddamn cage and get your little bag the orcs took from you...."

For our wood elf:

"As you carry your dead companion down the winding dark staircase you think of home....how on earth did you get into this, you think....home seems far away and almost out of reach forever...who knows what lies ahead and if you will ever enjoy the lush greens of your forests again....Bruno swears next to you as he trips on the stairs....at least you are not alone...."

For our dead barbarian:

"The fighting never stops...even in the afterlife....the thought crosses your mind as you slash into another horde of slithering and spitting demons...will this ever stop? A kingdom for a beer and good company, you think as the depth of darkness is closing in on you...."

For our clumsy dwarf:

I love putting together terrain sceneries for the game and think of storyline/gameplay dynamics for upcoming games. I found some really realistic looking trees from this modellshop here and put together the lake tiles, with some aquarium mountains as backdrop today. Cant wait to get my group encounter this.

Work in progress painting two of Boris Barbarian modells. I love the sculpts, I wanna do them justice but they are so friggin detailed and tiny very fun to paint!
