After Daedalus clued us in, I ended up making a post in the "Private Sale/Trade" section of the Oldhammer Forums and got a PM from Fimm McCool who's the guy who actually sculpted the piece. He was able to hook me up with one.

No, I'm not really a painter, so I try to just paint new minis a certain color to match the base game. For instance any new undead are painted to match the white of the originals, greenskin the same orc green, PCs are red, and I've begun doing Skaven in a light brown and all NPCs in a purple to match the DragonStrike hero figures.
I'm not sure what color I'm gonna do Morcar when I get around to him. I'm also unsure whether I want to try to rebase him on a rectangular base to match the other HQ figures.

Morcar has gotta be either dark blue like the four Wizards of Morcar or the grey of the Chaos Sorcerer and Chaos Warriors.

I like the blue suggestion--it matches the shirt and arm color of the MWS comic image. However, it really makes more sense if you also have the WoM figures to match as an elite set.
