I like the sewer tiles you made, but I'll most likely not get many chances to actually play any sewer missions, unless there are some HQ related quests for them. I made a few, but I used a map I made into a board from an old Dragon Magazine foldout scan.
Modular tiles are great, but you'd have to have missions and a modular ruleset for them in order to play HeroQuest with them. Not too hard to make, but again, I'd probably never get to actually use them with all the HQ quests already available.

The second thing is the price. Might not be too high for what they are, but you'd really need to have a campaign or quest-set that can actually make good use of them. If you don't, then they're a bit expensive to just have in case you ever get to use them. So that basically boils down to point 1 again.

I have oodles of FREE tiles to print, all fantastic, and I've never once used most of them. The only reason I participated in a 3D dungeon tiles kickstarter was that I figured out that I could build the HQ board with them (roughly). That way I can build the board room by room and corridor by corridor as the Heroes explore. If they were large square tiles instead of pieces made from Hirst molds, I wouldn't have bought them.
